1. General

These terms and conditions govern your use of the DnB Allstars London website (dnballstars.london) and the purchase of tickets to DnB Allstars London 2026. By using this website, you agree to these terms in full. The website and event are operated by DNBA Entertainment Ltd, registered at 5–9 Headstone Road, Harrow, England, HA1 1PD.

2. Tickets

All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Resale of tickets at a price exceeding the face value is prohibited. DnB Allstars reserves the right to cancel tickets obtained in violation of these terms.

3. Event Changes

DnB Allstars reserves the right to alter the lineup, venue, date, or other event details without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be offered a full refund. Changes to lineup do not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. Age Restrictions

Age restrictions apply to all DnB Allstars events. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. Attendees who do not meet the minimum age requirement will be refused entry without refund.

5. Conduct

Attendees must behave in a responsible and respectful manner. DnB Allstars reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person whose behaviour is deemed dangerous, offensive, or otherwise unacceptable. No refunds will be given in such cases.

6. Liability

DnB Allstars shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained at any event, except where caused by the negligence of DnB Allstars or its employees. Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings.

7. Communications & Messaging Consent

By registering for presale access and ticking the consent checkbox, you agree to receive messages from DnB Allstars via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp relating to presale access, ticket availability, lineup announcements, and event updates. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or WhatsApp message, or by contacting privacy@dnballstars.com.

8. Privacy

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By purchasing tickets or registering on this site, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and branding, is the property of DnB Allstars and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Photography & Recording

By attending a DnB Allstars event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for use in promotional and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be included, please notify event staff on the night.

11. Prohibited Items

The following are strictly prohibited at all DnB Allstars events: weapons, illegal substances, professional cameras or recording equipment (without prior written consent), glass containers, and any items deemed a risk to public safety. DnB Allstars and venue staff reserve the right to search attendees on entry.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
